The villa has three bright, spacious bedrooms
and is comfortably furnished.
All rooms have remote controlled Air-conditioning
units and all windows and patio doors are fitted with fly screens
for your comfort.
 Upstairs:
- The Villa sleeps 6 occupants,
7 if you make use of the free cot available on request!
- The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and double
patio doors to the upstairs balcony which is ideal for afternoon
sunbathing, overlooking the swimming pool and garden.
- The second and third bedrooms have two large single
beds in each.
- The second bedroom also accesses the upstairs balcony
and all bedrooms include bedside tables, lamps and ample built-in
storage cupboards.
- The family bathroom comprises of a bath with a shower
and toilet.
Downstairs:
- The kitchen is fully equipped and
includes washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, iron and
ironing board and a picnic cool box. A child's high chair is
available on request.
- The large open planned lounge and
dining area is very comfortable with ample soft seating and a
large dining table which seats 8.
- There is also a downstairs toilet/shower
room.
- The Villa has satellite TV, DVD Player
with a selection of movies, CD stereo and a Play-station ‘1’ with
some games should the kids need a break from the sun.
- Two double patio doors
open from the lounge area onto the veranda, large private garden
and swimming pool. The veranda is equipped with outdoor furniture
including comfortable sun beds, sun umbrellas, a 6 seater dining
table and a BBQ.
A note from the
owners:
We are English owners and purchased the villa
two years ago primarily for our own family holidays, so we stay
at the villa on a regular
basis. The location is very quiet, 3 minutes drive from Coral Bay
which is far enough away not to be disturbed by the noise from
evening
entertainment!
Coral bay and St George are within the Peiga
district of Paphos and for your information the property prices
here are the most
expensive in Cyprus, this is because the climate is more temperate,
cooler in summer and warmer in winter and many English people
have retired to the nearby mountains of Peiga. The villa is equipped
with everything that you may need and includes many extras that
you would not
usually have, like a Play Station ‘1’ and
games for the children, a good selection of DVD’s (movie’s),
a picnicking cool box, BBQ etc.
The villa is very close to the Sea Caves and
you can take a short walk to the quiet beach and along the coastline
to St George’s Monastery. This area is a particularly beautiful
and very popular with Scuba Diving enthusiasts. If you would like
